A full refund is available within 14 days of subscription start. After 14 days, the service remains active until the next renewal date, but refunds are no longer available.

Payment Timing
Payment is processed immediately when the subscription is purchased. For auto-renewing plans, payment is processed on the renewal date.
Delivery Timing
